Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 20 April 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to every class, session, membership, workshop or event offered by Elevate Reformer Studio, at our studio in Wassenaar or online. By booking with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully they exist to keep our community safe, supported and respected.

Elevate Reformer Studio is operated from Langstraat 58b (de Passage), 2242 NK Wassenaar, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under KvK number 99872412 and VAT number NL005419317B51. You can reach us at info@elevatereformerstudio.nl.

1. Memberships, Class Packs & Intro Offers

Introduction offers

Intro offers are available to new clients only, limited to one per person, and valid for 30 days from the date of your first booking. They apply to our regular group classes and are intended as a way to experience the studio before committing to a membership.

Class packs

Class packs are valid for a fixed number of days from the date of purchase (as shown at checkout typically 60 or 90 days). Unused credits expire at the end of the validity period. Class packs are non-refundable. Credits are personal and non-transferable unless we explicitly approve a transfer in writing.

Memberships (subscriptions)

  • Memberships start on the date of your first successful payment and renew automatically every 28 days via Mollie until you cancel.
  • Memberships have a minimum term of 3 months from your start date. During this period the membership cannot be cancelled.
  • After the minimum term you can cancel at any time. Your membership stops renewing, no further payments are taken, and you keep access until the end of the cycle you have already paid for.
  • Unused classes do not roll over and expire at the end of each billing cycle.
  • Memberships are personal and non-transferable they are for the registered member's use only.
  • The Balance Membership grants a fixed split of Reformer and Mat credits per cycle. Credits for one discipline cannot be used for the other.

How to cancel a membership

Once your 3-month minimum term has passed, you can cancel at any time yourself by signing in to your account and cancelling from your dashboard (or by emailing info@elevatereformerstudio.nl if you need help). Your membership stops renewing right away, no further payments are taken, and you keep access until the end of the cycle you have already paid for.

A simple example: say your membership renews on the 28th and you cancel on the 10th. No payment is taken on the 28th. You can keep using your classes until the 28th, and after that your membership simply stops. You are never charged for any time after the day you cancel.

2. Prices & Payment

All prices on our website include Dutch VAT. Payments are processed by Mollie, a licensed Dutch payment provider, and are charged at the moment you confirm your purchase. For memberships, the recurring amount is collected automatically at the start of each billing cycle using the payment method you provided when signing up.

We may update our prices and packages from time to time. Price changes never apply retroactively to credits or class packs you have already paid for. If the price of your membership changes, we will email you at least 30 days in advance. You may cancel before the new price takes effect, this right applies even if you are still within your 3-month minimum term, and in that case the increased price will not be charged.

If a scheduled payment fails, we will email you and pause access to classes until the balance is settled. Repeated failed payments may lead to cancellation of the membership.

3. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under Dutch law, starting from the date of purchase. If you wish to withdraw, email info@elevatereformerstudio.nl within 14 days with your name and order reference. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the request, using the same payment method.

If you attend a class, use a credit, or start using a membership within the 14-day window, you are deemed to have consented to the service beginning and waive the right of withdrawal for the portion already used. Any unused remainder may still be refunded pro-rata at our discretion.

4. Bookings & Arrival

Please reserve your spot through our website. If a class is full, you can join the waitlist we will email you automatically if a spot opens.

Arrival guidelines

  • We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before class starts. Doors open shortly before start time.
  • Late entry is not possible once the class has started. Arriving late counts as a no-show and will result in loss of the class credit.
  • For hygiene and to protect the studio floors, please remove outdoor shoes on arrival. Grip socks are required for Reformer classes (available to purchase at the studio).

Schedule and instructor changes

We do our best to keep the schedule and instructor assignments stable, but occasionally changes are necessary (illness, weather, operational issues). We will notify you as soon as possible. Schedule or instructor changes are not grounds for a refund.

5. Class Cancellations

You can cancel a class booking through your account on our website.

  • Cancel at least 12 hours before class: the credit is returned to your account.
  • Late cancellations (within 12 hours) and no-shows: the class credit is forfeited.
  • If Elevate cancels a class, the credit is always returned or we offer an equivalent alternative of your choice.

6. Refund Policy

All purchases intro offers, class packs and memberships are final and non-refundable. This includes unused credits and partial billing cycles. Refunds will not be issued for changes to the schedule or instructor assignments.
