Privacy Policy

Elevate Reformer Studio (Langstraat 58b, 2242 AG Wassenaar) is the controller of the personal data we process. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have. Questions can be sent to info@elevatereformerstudio.nl.

1. What we collect

We process your personal data in accordance with the Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG/GDPR). Data we may hold includes your name, contact details, date of birth, booking and attendance history, any health notes you choose to share with us, and payment references.

We use this data to run your account, process bookings and payments, communicate with you about classes, and meet our legal obligations.

2. Who we share data with

We only share data with the parties we need to deliver our service:

• Mollie to process your payments
• Our email provider to send booking confirmations, reminders and account emails
• Our hosting provider to store and run the website and booking system
• Moneybird for invoicing and Dutch tax compliance

Each of these parties has signed a processing agreement (verwerkersovereenkomst) with us. We never sell or rent your data.

3. How long we keep it

Booking and invoice data is retained for 7 years to meet Dutch tax obligations. Marketing preferences and website analytics data are kept for up to 2 years after your last interaction with us, and then deleted. You can request earlier deletion for data not bound to a statutory retention period.

4. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to withdraw consent, or to object to processing. Email info@elevatereformerstudio.nl and we will respond within one month.

If you believe we are not handling your data properly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

5. Photos and video

We occasionally take photos or short videos at the studio for our website and social media. We always ask for consent before featuring you, and you may opt out at any time by emailing us we will remove existing material wherever reasonably possible. Filming or photographing other participants without their consent is not allowed.

6. Cookies & Analytics

Our website uses functional cookies that are required for the site and booking system to work, and Google Analytics to understand how people use the site. Analytics cookies are only loaded with your consent, which you can grant, change or withdraw through the cookie banner on your first visit or via your browser settings. Declining analytics has no effect on your ability to book or use the studio.

7. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the "last updated" date above. Material changes affecting active members will be communicated by email.
